CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
IntruderShield wants happy customers. So it is our aim to give you prompt and reliable service. We will endeavour to dispatch your burglar alarm order within 3 days of receiving payment. Security system orders will be dispatched by Fastway Couriers or their associates. If there is an area agent servicing your area, the area agent may personally deliver the unit. If for any reason (temporarily out of stock, etc.) we cannot make dispatch within that time, we will advise you immediately.
REFUND POLICY
If items are out of stock, we will promptly refund the payment you have made, and then advise you immediately the IntruderShield security alarm arrives, when you can reorder at that time.
WARRANTY POLICY
We are an Australian-owned company that believes in the product, so with each unit you will get a full 12 months replacement warranty for our security system. Please make sure to fill it in and post it back for our records. However, the warranty is conditional on —
- The burglar alarm only being used indoors.
- The burglar alarm being used as directed.
- The burglar alarm never being opened or disassembled.
- The burglar alarm being handled with care and not dropped
Please note that if these conditions are not met, the warranty will be voided.
EXPORT ORDER RESTRICTIONS
All prices and conditions refer to Australian orders deliverable to Australian addresses. Should you wish to order our security alarm from outside of Australia, please write to us and we will give you the appropriate postage, dispatch and insurance charges. All export orders must be prepaid in Australian dollars.
